In 2026, the IVI RMA I2P is designed for laboratory managers and nursing professionals seeking international exposure and professional growth. In the coming years, the program will gradually expand to include additional professional profiles.

This international internship program lasts between 5 and 15 working days, offering flexible scheduling to fit your professional commitments.

I2P Requirements: Are You Eligible?

To be considered for our exclusive program, please ensure you meet the following criteria:

Full time Employment

You are currently employed full-time.

3+ Years of Experience at your Company

Your experience speaks volumes. If you have been part of your organization for three or more years, this program is a natural next step to expand your international experience and continue your professional growth.

Language Proficiency

You possess the necessary language skills to thrive in the destination workplace.

Manager Approval

Support from your manager indicates your readiness. With their endorsement, you’re ready to take the next step in your career journey.

Available Positions at Requested Destination

Even if you meet all the requirements, availability at the clinic you apply to is also necessary.

HOW IT WORKS

Application Process

1. Check Eligibility

Review the program’s requirements and get ready to take the first step in this exciting opportunity!

2. Submit your Application

Complete the application form, outlining your reasons for wanting to join the program and how it will support your career development. Once your application is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email.

3. Screening

The internship coordinator will review applications to ensure they meet the basic requirements, including skills, experience, and alignment with the goals of the internship.

4. Selection Process

After screening, the IVI RMA I²P committe will evaluate candidates based on performance, alignment with culture fit, and clinic availability. If no positions are available, you will be placed on a waiting list.

Selected candidates will be notified by the end of June.

5. Offer and Acceptance

If selected, you’ll receive confirmation and details about your internship, including logistics and next steps.

Selected candidates will be notified and granted access to a dedicated section of the I2P website, where they will be required to complete the necessary personal information and documentation to organize their mobility.

6. Enjoy Your Internship
