What is the I2P?
The I2P (IVI RMA Internal Internship Program) is an internal initiative created to give employees the opportunity to explore new roles, departments, and projects within the IVI RMA Group.
This program supports skill development, encourages professional growth, and fosters collaboration and teamwork across the organization. It’s designed to help employees broaden their expertise while staying aligned with the mission and values that guide our work.

In 2026, the IVI RMA I2P is designed for laboratory managers and nursing professionals seeking international exposure and professional growth. In the coming years, the program will gradually expand to include additional professional profiles.

Application Process
1. Check Eligibility
Review the program’s requirements and get ready to take the first step in this exciting opportunity!
2. Submit your Application
Complete the application form, outlining your reasons for wanting to join the program and how it will support your career development. Once your application is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email.
3. Screening
The internship coordinator will review applications to ensure they meet the basic requirements, including skills, experience, and alignment with the goals of the internship.
4. Selection Process
After screening, the IVI RMA I²P committe will evaluate candidates based on performance, alignment with culture fit, and clinic availability. If no positions are available, you will be placed on a waiting list.
Selected candidates will be notified by the end of June.
5. Offer and Acceptance
If selected, you’ll receive confirmation and details about your internship, including logistics and next steps.
Selected candidates will be notified and granted access to a dedicated section of the I2P website, where they will be required to complete the necessary personal information and documentation to organize their mobility.
